And don’t worry, they won’t bother you every time you open the app. They just here to help you once and that’s all they’ll do.
The new mobile application has all the main go-to icons featured together on the homepage. Be it pricing, Verify/Track, SPI or the jeweller store locator, you need not even swipe and hunt for them once you land on the homepage.
Your UID or product ID will take you through the details without any hassle. In case, you haven’t purchased a diamond yet, you can use the dummy ID – DV1234. The notification icon inside the application will keep you posted on the app’s updates.
While using the application, one need not log in to browse. However, using a login ID will help in accessing details that are specific to the user, eg., the diamond certificate.
Logging into the app ensures that you can move easily from one feature to the next without any interruption. Suppose you would like to continue browsing through the application after insuring your diamond, you can stay logged in.
Knowing how to choose your diamond is a lot of information. We know that moving from page to page for a spot of reading is cumbersome.
